Just before you read the first lesson, I wanted to tell you a little about myself and why I’m in a good position to help you.
Before my career change I spent a decade building and running a boutique headhunting business in London. After a long period of procrastination I finally embarked on a career change myself. The goal of this blog and the email course is to pass on the knowledge of 10 years recruiting as well as my own experience and lessons learnt during that career change.
I think I know what you’re going through. The uncertainty, frustration, the stop / start cycle, the analysis paralysis. I thought changing would be a walk in the park since I had a decade of recruiting experience but I can assure you I experienced it all and I’m going to do my best to help you through the process.
