A Republican group called “Moms for Liberty” have apologised after getting their newsletter horribly wrong by quoting Hitler and putting it on the front page.

The Hamilton County, Indiana chapter of the group stunned readers by featuring one of Hitler’s famous 1935 rally quotes.

The group later made it clear on their Facebook page that they do not condone the actions of Hitler, “We condemn Adolf Hitler’s actions and his dark place in human history.”

The group was also forced to apologise for using the quote and posted on their Facebook page “We should not have quoted him in our newsletter and express our deepest apology.”

The Indianapolis Star initially reported the story, with the newsletter photo titled The Parent Brigade causing a social media uproar and swift condemnation.
