OP works long days and sometimes goes weeks without a day off. Overall, he works 75-80 hours in a typical week.
Her Schedule Is More Chill
OP’s wife, meanwhile, works a job that requires her to be on the clock 3 or 4 days a week for 6 or 7 hours at a time.

Mostly as a result of the difference in their working hours, OP brings home about 80% of the couple’s income.
